Count your carpeted rooms, stairs and hallways. That is your number.
Who is actually doing the work
Worth answering, because on a job like this it matters more than anything on the price list.
The owner does every job. Not a crew, not a subcontractor, not somebody different each visit. The person who quotes you on the phone is the person who turns up.
I have been around this trade since I was a kid and worked for other East Valley companies before running my own. Over 500 jobs since December 2024, all of them in these same few towns, and enough carpet in Chandler specifically to know what a lane will look like once it is clean before starting.
That experience is why this site says what it says. Knowing which carpet problems resolve and which ones do not comes from having been wrong about it early on, and it is cheaper for you to read it here than to find out on your own job.
Locally owned, and what that actually buys you
It appears on practically every website in this business, so here is what it actually means on the ground.
Whoever owns this lives in Chandler. The truck sits here through the night and getting to your address is a matter of minutes, not something quietly folded into what you are charged.
That has two practical effects. Nothing in these prices is covering a drive, which is what lets a single figure apply to all six zip codes and lets it sit openly on a website. And when a spot reappears, coming back out is a ten-minute errand rather than something slotted into a Valley-wide route weeks from now.
The conversation that happens before, not after
What separates a good carpet job from a disappointing one is almost never the equipment. It is whether somebody was honest at the start.
Worn traffic lanes, permanent staining, bleach spots and urine in the pad are all past what surface cleaning recovers. Cleaning improves them. It does not erase them, and anybody telling you otherwise is arranging for you to be unhappy later.
So we walk the rooms with you first and say plainly which of your concerns will resolve and which will not.

What orbital agitation changes
Worth explaining, because it is the step separating our price from a cheaper one.
Extraction alone sprays solution on and pulls it back off, which cleans the surface of the fiber. Orbital agitation works the solution down into the pile mechanically first, so the soil at the base, which is the soil doing the damage, releases before extraction.
It also cuts dry time noticeably, because less water is needed for the same result. Which matters more than people think.
And the rinse matters as much
Detergent left in carpet attracts soil. A carpet that was over-shampooed and under-rinsed gets dirty faster than before it was cleaned, which is why some people clean more and more often and conclude the carpet is simply old.
If your carpet feels stiff or crunchy underfoot, that is residue rather than dirt, and it is fixable.

What we will tell you that costs us money
When you do not need it yet. If the carpet is on schedule, has no visible issue and no pets, waiting is a legitimate answer and you will hear it.
When carpet is finished. Delamination, wear through to the backing, widespread urine saturation. The money is better spent on replacement.
When an add-on is not worth it. Protectant on already-worn fiber is protecting something that has lost the argument.
Where a loose rug ought not to go through a carpet process. Rugs of wool or plant fiber call for their own products and their own method, and we would rather decline than handle one badly.

Questions
What happens when I ring?
You count your carpeted rooms, stairs and hallways and we give you the price on that call. No estimate visit.
What hours?
7am to 8pm, and same-day is often possible because the drive is short.
Will the price change at the door?
Only if the count was off, and you hear it before we start.
Do you move furniture?
Light furniture on request. Not beds, oversized pieces, or anything with electronics or breakables on or inside it.
Do you clean area rugs?
No. Wool and natural fiber rugs need different chemistry and handling, and running one through a carpet process is how rugs get ruined.
What is the 14-day thing?
If a spot comes back within 14 days we return at no charge. Being ten minutes away makes that easy.
Card accepted?
Yes, with a receipt by email or text.
